OpenRun support
Need help with the waitlist or have a question for Kaeni, the creator of OpenRun? Email kaenitube123@gmail.com. Include a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, your exact address, or detailed health records.
Joining the waitlist
OpenRun is still on the waitlist stage, with an iPhone beta coming soon. Join the waitlist for launch updates, beta news, and a chance to test early. Beta places may be limited and joining does not guarantee an invitation.
Beta invitations
If you are invited, we will email you the instructions for getting started. There is no public download link or confirmed launch date yet. You do not need developer tools to join the waitlist.
Signup or email trouble
Check your email spelling, city or area, country, and email consent before submitting. If you see a message asking you to wait, try again later. If a confirmation email does not arrive, check your spam folder. A missing confirmation email does not necessarily mean your signup failed. Contact us if you need help.
Your data and email updates
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from waitlist emails, contact us using the email address you signed up with. Read the Privacy Policy for details about how your information is used.
Already testing with Garmin?
Follow the setup instructions provided with your invitation. For connection help, include your watch model, iPhone model, and a short description in your email. Open Garmin Connect Mobile and check that your watch is connected before trying to sync again.
Consent and deletion
In the iPhone app, open Health and choose Delete all Garmin data. This revokes OpenRun Garmin consent, clears local sync data, removes the device link, and requests deletion of stored Garmin records. Email us if you cannot access the app.

OpenRun is not a medical device or emergency service. Health values can be missing or inaccurate. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns or emergencies.
