These terms apply to the OpenRun waitlist website. The website is a simple pre-launch signup page and does not require login.
1. About OpenRun
OpenRun is an early-stage basketball app and waitlist website being developed before launch. The waitlist lets people register interest in early access.
2. Waitlist access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, a launch date, or availability in your city or country. We may change, pause, or stop the waitlist at any time.
3. Your information
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist and not submit spam, abuse, or information that belongs to someone else without permission.
4. Email updates
If you join the waitlist and give consent, we may email you OpenRun updates and early access information. You can ask us to remove your data by contacting kaenitube123@gmail.com.
5. Basketball and training safety
OpenRun may include basketball, workouts, training tips, and fitness education. This information is not medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether activity is safe for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms, and speak to a qualified professional when needed.
6. No warranties
The waitlist website is provided as is while OpenRun is being developed. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or secure.
